About
ShockinAC is a production company based in Austin, Texas — makers of feel-good music and dance music. Founded by Alex Colston in 2006, ShockinAC has spent nearly two decades crafting infectious grooves that bridge retro R&B soul with the pulsing energy of house and dance music.
The debut album The Outlet captures ShockinAC's signature sound: warm analog textures layered over driving dance rhythms, with lyrics built around love, resilience, and the dancefloor.
After years away from streaming platforms, The Outlet is returning — re-released and ready for clubs, playlists, and airwaves worldwide.
